I'm Srta. He — a digital illustrator based in Brasil. I specialize in character design and concept art. My art have a warm and painted look.I love reading so I take one book with me everywhere I go. My favorite ones are the Sherlock Holmes' stories. I also like to take pictures of random things that catches my eyes — usually the sky. COMMISSIONS
Before you order, please make sure to read my Terms of Service (TOS). These terms apply to private/personal commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.

GENERAL TERMS
Send the character of choice's reference and the type of drawing.
Give me time to respond it will take 1-2 days.
You are NOT allowed to reproduce my artwork for commercial use.
You are NOT allowed to remove my signature or claim my artwork as theirs.
You are NOT allowed to submit my artwork to AI or sell it as NFT.
You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
Send me a reference of what you want me to draw.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 3 months.
You can ask for any changes before the sketch approval, and for color changes before the color base approval.
If you wish for me to change something in the approved drawing, I will charge you a fee to change it.
You will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.
The final artwork will be sent via DRIVE.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payment must be made at least 50% upfront before starting.
Payment is through, Wise, PayPal, and local bank transfers for Brazil.
Paypal payments are charged 10% of the final price.
It's not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
